This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of the workflow builder, trigger logic, and action framework.
• Lead the orchestration roadmap, ensuring it remains flexible, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Define the integration of the orchestration engine with Salesforce, Marketo, Slack, and various third-party ecosystems.
• Ensure that complex, multi-step Plays function seamlessly across distributed systems.
• Identify points of friction in orchestration and address them utilizing Demandbase AI.
• Establish orchestration support for Model Context Protocol standards and secure AI-agent workflow triggering.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineering to scale the platform to handle billions of signals and provide low-latency real-time alerts.
• Lead a high-impact team dedicated to creating logic, triggers, and workflows that connect account intelligence to execution.
• Enhance the complexity and volume of automated Plays.
• Minimize the effort required for incorporating third-party actions.
• Assess user time savings resulting from AI-assisted orchestration logic.
• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.
• 3 to 4 years of experience specifically in Orchestration, Workflow Automation, or Integration Platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, orchestration, integration platforms, rule engines, CRM automation, or marketing automation solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of If-This-Then-That logic, Boolean filters, and complex state machines.
• Understanding of race conditions, retries, and error handling in automated systems.
• Ability to discuss API design, webhooks, and distributed event processing with Principal Engineers comfortably.
• Insight into data flows within a modern enterprise stack.
• Knowledge of LLM fundamentals and agentic frameworks.
• Systems-builder mindset focusing on reliability and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Familiarity with Sales Ops or Marketing Ops requirements, including a focus on transparency and predictability in automation.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States.
• Must disclose current citizenship, work, or visa status.
• Completion of a written response is required, detailing a personally owned workflow, orchestration, automation, or integration product in 150 to 250 words.
