📋 Description

• Establish the strategic roadmap and execution plan for a member-focused area encompassing all care solutions and take ownership of its outcomes.

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, clinical, data, and growth teams across all solutions.

• Develop AI-driven experiences that enhance how members access care, maintain engagement, and achieve their goals.

• Conduct ongoing discovery through member interactions and feedback.

• Create prototypes, run experiments, iterate swiftly, and assess impact through metrics related to activation, engagement, and retention.

• Make prioritization decisions rigorously and clearly communicate trade-offs.

• Produce clear documentation, align leadership and teams, and keep stakeholders well-informed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven AI expertise at a minimum of Explorer (Level 1); the expected level may vary based on role seniority.

• 5+ years of experience in product management for Senior level or 7+ years for Staff level.

• A successful history of delivering consumer or member-oriented products that have significantly impacted metrics.

• Strong skills in discovery, prioritization, lean delivery, and the ability to distill complex problems into user-friendly experiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to articulate decisions to engineers, clinicians, and executives.

• Experience in leading through influence across diverse teams in multi-product or platform-like settings.

• Practical knowledge of how AI products are developed, assessed, and refined.

• Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day work.

• Profound empathy for users and the ability to create seamless, cohesive experiences.

• Proficiency in activation, engagement, and retention KPIs.

• Ability to excel in uncertain situations, make swift decisions, and validate assumptions early in the process.

• Experience in digital health or other regulated industries is a plus.
