📋 Description

• Create the strategy and implementation plan for a member-centric area that encompasses all care solutions and take ownership of its outcomes.

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, clinical, data, and growth teams across all offerings.

• Develop AI-driven experiences that enhance how members receive care, maintain engagement, and achieve their goals.

• Conduct ongoing discovery through member discussions and feedback.

• Prototype, experiment, iterate swiftly, and assess impact through activation, engagement, and retention metrics.

• Prioritize decisively and make clear trade-offs.

• Produce clear documentation, align leaders and teams, and keep stakeholders updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven AI proficiency at a minimum of Explorer (Level 1); the expected level may differ based on role seniority.

• 5+ years of product management experience for Senior level or 7+ years for Staff level.

• A history of delivering consumer or member-facing products that positively impacted key metrics.

• Strong skills in discovery, prioritization, lean delivery, and the ability to distill complex problems into straightforward experiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to articulate decisions to engineers, clinicians, and executives effectively.

• Experience leading through influence across various teams in multi-product or platform-like settings.

• Practical knowledge of how AI products are developed, assessed, and enhanced.

• Regular use of AI tools in personal work.

• Profound empathy for users and the capacity to create simple, cohesive experiences.

• Familiarity with activation, engagement, and retention KPIs.

• Ability to excel in uncertain situations, make swift decisions, and validate assumptions early.

• Experience in digital health or other regulated sectors (preferred).
