📋 Description

• Oversee the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation for ZyraTalk within the EverPro product suite.

• Define and advance the EverPro Voice product line, incorporating AI voice functionalities into EverPro's vertical SaaS solutions.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for integration across customer communication, scheduling, lead capture, missed-call management, support workflows, and revenue generation.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, AI/platform teams, customer success, sales, and business unit leaders to create voice and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Develop a deep understanding of small to medium-sized business (SMB) customers in home services and how voice automation can alleviate administrative burdens, enhance responsiveness, and improve business outcomes.

• Convert customer requirements, product usage, and business priorities into actionable requirements, product briefs, launch strategies, and success metrics.

• Manage product discovery, customer feedback mechanisms, competitive research, and market insights related to AI voice and receptionist functionalities.

• Propel adoption and commercialization efforts, encompassing packaging, positioning, enablement, and growth opportunities.

• Establish product KPIs and operational rhythms to assess usage, quality, retention, revenue impact, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Develop a product vision and actionable roadmap for AI voice within EverPro.

• Enhance ZyraTalk features including call handling, conversational flows, integrations, routing, summaries, handoffs, analytics, and customer-specific configurations.

• Decide the integration of voice into existing workflows versus offering it as a standalone or cross-product solution.

• Prioritize investments in ZyraTalk enhancements, platform integrations, customer-specific requirements, and shared functionalities.

• Work in conjunction with go-to-market teams on target customers, packaging, pricing strategies, sales enablement, launch sequences, and expansion initiatives.

• Align voice capabilities with EverPro’s agentic platform strategy, covering tooling, data access, observability, security, and reusable agent patterns.

• Formulate market perspectives on AI voice, competitor offerings, customer expectations, technical limitations, and emerging opportunities.

• Transition ZyraTalk from founder-led momentum to a scalable, cohesive EverPro product capability.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a background in overseeing complex SaaS products or platform capabilities.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in AI, voice, conversational products, communications platforms, workflow automation, or customer engagement tools.

• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy and execution in a cross-functional setting.

• Exceptional customer discovery skills and the capability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technically intricate products, integrations, APIs, data workflows, or platform capabilities.

• Ability to balance immediate customer and business needs with long-term platform and product strategies.

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in defining success metrics, assessing adoption, and making prioritization choices based on data.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of aligning executives, product teams, engineering, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, particularly in a newly acquired or rapidly changing product landscape.

• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how product decisions impact packaging, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

• Experience with voice AI, contact center technology, virtual receptionist products, call tracking, telephony, or conversational AI is a plus.

• Experience in integrating acquired products into a broader product portfolio is advantageous.

• Background serving SMB customers, particularly in sectors such as home services, field services, construction, pest control, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or comparable industries is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems, call analytics, or automation platforms is beneficial.

• Experience developing products across multiple brands, business units, or vertical SaaS products is an asset.

• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
