Lead Principal Application Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of the Provider+ domain.

• Convert business needs into solution designs, configurations, testing, and operational readiness.

• Act as the primary functional subject matter expert.

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Lead discussions for requirements validation and manage requirement metadata.

• Facilitate design sessions and coordinate demonstrations of configuration and system behavior.

• Direct the planning and execution of Provider+ configuration and custom builds.

• Supervise Enrollment, Maintenance, and Revalidation configuration.

• Assist with system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and user inquiries.

• Ensure traceability from functional requirements through to go-live readiness.

• Manage RAID items and decision logs.

• Coordinate across Product, AD&I, Testing, Training, and Technical teams.

• Provide domain insights during operational readiness reviews with clients.

• Support parallel and performance testing during UAT and ORR.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or capability in architecture governance, roadmaps, cost optimization, and executive communication.

• Proven leadership across product, delivery, client, and vendor stakeholders.

• Own and validate functional requirements for the Provider+ domain.

• Maintain requirement metadata, including system components, configuration items, and dependencies.

• Plan, facilitate, and manage design sessions effectively.

• Complete domain design documents and business rule artifacts.

• Lead Provider+ configuration and custom build initiatives.

• Experience in overseeing configuration for Enrollment, Maintenance, and Revalidation.

• Ensure builds are in accordance with approved designs and documented business rules.

• Review test cases to ensure alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Provide domain SME support during SIT and UAT phases.

• Assist with defect analysis, research, and resolution processes.

• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through to design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

• Manage domain-level RAID items and decision logs efficiently.

• Collaborate with Product, AD&I, Testing, Training, and Technical teams.

• Support operational readiness activities, encompassing environment, data, process, and staffing readiness.

• Facilitate parallel testing and performance testing.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
