This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Composing and evaluating linguistic content in Japanese to guarantee precision

• Revising and proofreading materials to ensure compliance with established standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience

• Over 4 years of experience in translation/localization, or in reviewing, copywriting, creative writing, or similar roles

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English

• Comprehensive understanding of the localization process

• Proficient user of standard software, including Windows and Office applications

• Capacity to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback

• Skill in effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and linguists

• Capability and eagerness to train and share knowledge with others

• Experience and willingness to maintain positive communication with customers at various levels

• Ability to collaborate within a virtual team
