This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the content strategy for the Fireworks brand.

• Craft and disseminate blogs, website content, solution pages, product announcements, emails, social media posts, and sales materials.

• Ensure a consistent flow of both original and refreshed blog content.

• Create, publish, and continuously enhance solution pages, product pages, landing pages, and other website content.

• Familiarize yourself with EPR products, translating features and capabilities into customer-oriented messaging and launch materials.

• Generate SEO-focused content centered around key topics and keywords.

• Revise content based on search outcomes, product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback.

• Produce one-pagers, presentations, product documentation, customer success stories, and resources for sales enablement.

• Transform content themes, announcements, customer stories, and insights into engaging social media and email content.

• Design polished graphics and marketing materials as necessary.

• Track website, SEO, and content performance, utilizing insights to decide on content creation, updates, expansions, or retirements.

• Collaborate with teams in Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other subject matter experts.

• Leverage modern content tools and AI to expedite research, drafting, repurposing, and production while maintaining editorial integrity.

• Report directly to the VP of Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in content marketing, B2B writing, product content, SEO writing, or B2B SaaS marketing.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, with a proven track record of consistently producing a high volume of quality content.

• Capable of comprehending technical products and conveying features and workflows as clear customer benefits.

• Experience in creating website pages, blogs, product content, landing pages, email, and sales materials.

• Familiarity with SEO principles, including keyword strategy, search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content updates.

• Proficient in working directly within a CMS and managing content from draft stage to publication.

• Strong visual judgment with the capability to produce clean, professional supporting materials without relying on a dedicated designer.

• Effective project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to maintain a steady content calendar and handle multiple deadlines.

• Comfortable utilizing AI in content creation.

• Strong B2B writing and editing expertise.

• Capacity to grasp complex technical products.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, public safety, healthcare technology, or other technical industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with modern content tools and Canva.

• Collaborative mindset, ownership-oriented approach, and comfort working in a lean marketing environment.
