Lead Java Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Java.

• Create and sustain intricate, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.

• Provide technical guidance and ensure deliverables align with industry best practices and business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, architecture, and delivery schedules.

• Perform code reviews and advocate for coding standards and best practices.

• Diagnose, debug, and enhance applications for optimal performance and scalability.

• Mentor fellow developers and promote knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Java development with a focus on high-performance applications.

• Strong proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular and React, with a strong emphasis on Angular.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of observability practices and tools like New Relic.

• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, project management, and agile methodologies.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions.

• Experience with Claude Code and a proactive mindset.

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, AWS Technical Essentials, and AWS Solutions Architect Essentials.

• Experience with New Relic Observability Foundations and Observability Practitioner.

• Location requirement: must be based in Poland.

• Additional preferred experience includes microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and advanced SQL and NoSQL database management.
