Lead Instructor – Data Center Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, live, virtual instruction.

• Conduct large synchronous online lectures covering technical subjects for groups ranging from 30 to 300 learners.

• Prepare and facilitate virtual classroom sessions effectively.

• Oversee class-time Q&A, manage chat interactions, and sustain energy and engagement during classes.

• Work in collaboration with Correlation One operations team to ensure seamless program execution and adherence to timelines.

• Participate in classes during weekdays and/or weekends, as program schedules may vary.

• Assist with lesson design, development, and enhancements, including tracking curriculum modifications and recommendations.

• Prepare thoroughly for lectures to guarantee high-quality content delivery.

• Adapt lesson pacing and presentation to accommodate diverse learners while ensuring timely delivery of content.

• Simplify complex topics and maintain high levels of learner engagement.

• Offer insightful answers and support throughout the lessons.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance course offerings.

• Outstanding educator with exceptional communication abilities.

• Experience in physical data centers or similar environments.

• Experience in mentoring or supervising, even without prior teaching experience.

• A strong desire to assist students in advancing their careers into data roles.

• Empathetic, adaptable, and patient; passionate about working with a diverse range of learners who are new to the content.

• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Extensive experience in teaching, training, facilitating, coaching, or onboarding.

• Capability to clearly articulate technical concepts to beginner learners.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and support adult learners from varied backgrounds.

• Keen interest in aiding learners to transition into careers in data center operations and infrastructure.
