This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the design and execution of TRM Academy's training programs focused on cyber investigations, OSINT, and CTI.
β’ Manage and facilitate both live and virtual training sessions for public-sector and government participants.
β’ Develop and construct curriculum, learning modules, labs, practical exercises, multimedia content, and in-person presentations.
β’ Instruct analysts and investigators on integrating cyber and OSINT signals with on-chain tracing utilizing TRMβs AI and blockchain intelligence platforms.
β’ Create train-the-trainer materials, instructor manuals, and reusable content.
β’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with government and industry partners to expand the learner base of TRM Academy.
β’ Ensure course materials remain up-to-date with emerging cyber threats, including ransomware, nation-state activities, phishing, account takeovers, SIM swaps, hacks, and exploits.
β’ Maintain proficiency in cyber investigative techniques, OSINT methodologies, threat actor tracking, and intelligence analysis and reporting.
β’ Collaborate with intelligence professionals, engineers, and data scientists to assist TRM clients.
β’ Travel frequently for in-person training sessions at federal, SLED, and partner locations throughout the United States.
β’ Define training programs, create AI-assisted slides/workbooks/assessments, and deliver initial drafts within 30 days.
β’ Produce reusable AI-generated scenario and assessment resources within 60 days.
β’ Transform law enforcement cohorts into quantifiable follow-through and standardize the process within 90 days.
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in instructing courses, leading training sessions, or delivering technical education.
β’ Practical experience in cyber investigations, OSINT, and/or cyber threat intelligence (CTI).
β’ Experience working within or alongside the public sector/government, with a verified history of training these audiences.
β’ Demonstrated ability in developing course content, including curriculum, labs, practical exercises, and assessments.
β’ Capability to train private-sector groups, including security teams, cryptocurrency businesses/VASPs, and financial institutions.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
β’ Confidence in commanding the room during presentations.
β’ Proficiency in AI demonstrated through practical application.
β’ Willingness to travel 50β75% of the time.
β’ Relevant certifications, such as GIAC GCTI/GOSI or similar cyber/OSINT credentials, are advantageous.
β’ Experience in law enforcement is a plus.
β’ Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets, on-chain investigations, or money laundering typologies is a plus.
β’ Availability during US business hours with overlap across US time zones.
