This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide technical guidance for customer and manufacturing site implementations.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, testing, rollout, and stabilization of UI-based manufacturing applications.
• Assist Implementation Support Engineers in setting up workflows, operator UIs, business rules, integrations, user roles, permissions, and application settings.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex or high-risk implementation challenges, collaborating with Engineering on product defects.
• Create and uphold implementation standards, patterns, and best practices throughout the team.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering to comprehend production processes and convert requirements into effective solutions.
• Verify application functionality and troubleshoot issues related to configuration, deployment, and production.
• Track implementation milestones, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, SOPs, configuration guides, and knowledge resources.
• Provide training to end users and manufacturing supervisors on application functionality and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing implementation processes, application usability, and customer experience.
• Relay customer and manufacturing feedback to Product and Engineering for product improvements.
• More than 6 years of experience in application implementation, technical support, software deployment, or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in configuring enterprise or web-based applications.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with the AWS cloud platform and version control tools like Git.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting purposes.
• Comfort with Windows and Linux environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites when necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Nice to Have).
• Experience with Manufacturing Systems, Factory Automation, or Industrial Software (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Nice to Have).
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk (Nice to Have).
• Remote-First operating model and culture.
• Autonomy and flexibility to work from home.
• Collaboration spaces for team members to work together physically.
