Clinical Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical support analysis for DaVita Integrated Kidney Care.

• Assist in integrated care for individuals with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.

• Play a role in DaVita IKC’s clinical care model and the objectives for quality patient care.

• Work in collaboration with nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and business professionals.
