Lead Healthcare Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive data analysis support to clients.

• Aid in the creation of reports and dashboards to track program and operational performance.

• Encourage self-service analytics and foster customer engagement, comprehension, and utilization of data.

• Assist in programmatic analyses and enhance reporting capabilities.

• Outline business requirements for new analytical projects.

• Execute ad-hoc analyses as instructed.

• Facilitate data quality assurance and stewardship activities.

• Ensure data accuracy and recognize new metrics.

• Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with both internal clients and external provider partners.

• Mentor junior analysts and support the onboarding of new team members.

• Manage project workflows from initiation to completion.

• Provide analytical support across payer systems, ambulatory care, acute and post-acute care, as well as supporting functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analysis (Mandatory).

• Proficiency in statistics, population management, and financial analysis.

• Familiarity with SQL and Tableau.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Consultative engagement skills.

• Capability to work in one of Sentara Health's eligible remote-work states.

• No specific certifications or licensure are required.
