📋 Description

• Spearhead advanced full-stack engineering methodologies, frameworks, and standards to deliver intricate end-to-end solutions across various initiatives.

• Evaluate full-stack application requirements, as well as front-end and back-end capabilities, drivers, constraints, and trade-offs to inform solution strategies.

• Articulate architectural alternatives, API design choices, database considerations, sequencing decisions, operational constraints, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Direct key full-stack engineering domains by organizing tasks with minimal supervision and ensuring consistent execution.

• Enhance engineering processes, development practices, and technical standards through automation, reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operational methods.

• Provide mentorship to full-stack engineers at all levels and offer technical guidance to developing leaders.

• Foster consistency through code reviews, thorough documentation, and knowledge sharing.

• Oversee application outcomes, delivery risks, performance indicators, and integration health to detect issues and recommend corrective actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field is required.

• Certification in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, or DevOps is preferred.

• A Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
