This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and implement the strategy, architecture, and execution of Allstate's End User Computing portfolio.
• Oversee multiple engineering teams tasked with managing Windows, macOS, mobile, browser management, ChromeOS thin clients, virtual workstations, software packaging and distribution, hardware evaluation and certification, print services, and telemetry and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with the Lead Digital Product Manager to define the End User Computing product portfolio, technology vision, investment priorities, service roadmaps, and outcome-based objectives.
• Revolutionize end user computing utilizing modern technologies, automation, analytics, and self-service capabilities.
• Establish enterprise hardware standards, device and user personas, lifecycle strategies, refresh programs, and procurement recommendations.
• Foster strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Apple, Google, Citrix, Canon, Nexthink, and other technology partners.
• Manage the lifecycle of laptops, desktops, thin clients, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Direct the evaluation, selection, and deployment of end user hardware and peripherals.
• Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of virtual workstation services.
• Oversee endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, software distribution, and patch management.
• Promote continuous improvement through telemetry, AI-driven analysis and workflows, orchestration, and automation.
• Define KPIs, KCIs, operational metrics, and experience measures.
• Champion the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, intelligent automation, digital assistants, and self-healing capabilities.
• Work collaboratively with support teams to minimize mean time to resolution and enhance user satisfaction.
• Formulate and implement the enterprise mobility strategy.
• Manage the enterprise print infrastructure and cloud-based secure printing platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, cybersecurity, compliance, networking, and support services teams.
• Implement secure-by-design endpoint architectures, regulatory compliance requirements, and zero-trust principles.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering leaders and teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in EUC engineering or similar IT infrastructure roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple engineering teams and managers across various technology domains within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• More than 5 years of experience in people management, talent development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Extensive knowledge in endpoint management: Windows/Intune, macOS/JAMF, mobile, browsers, VDI and DaaS, print, and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience in Agile and Outcome-Based Delivery (OBD) product organizations.
• Proven expertise with software packaging and deployment tools, including Intune, JAMF, and MECM.
• Skills in telemetry, reporting, scripting, and automation, such as Nexthink NQL, Power BI/SQL, PowerShell, and Python.
• Familiarity with Nexthink, Intune Advanced Analytics, and ControlUp.
• Ability to effectively communicate technology strategy, risks, investment needs, and operational outcomes to executive leadership.
• Proven experience in vendor management.
• Background investigation required.
• Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
