Lead Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and address intricate technical challenges.

• Design system architecture and make pivotal technology choices.

• Offer technical guidance to fellow developers.

• Perform code evaluations and uphold a high standard of engineering excellence.

• Collaborate closely with Product to convert customer needs into technical solutions.

• Take responsibility from the initial concept through to production deployment for clients.

• Assist in the evolution of the team, processes, and technologies.

• Engage directly with customers on the product.

• Contribute to shaping an engineering team at SEDIWORK.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience as a Software Engineer or previous experience in a Tech Lead role.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture.

• Ability to rapidly familiarize oneself with new subjects.

• Pragmatic and hands-on methodology.

• Readiness to provide technical leadership and embrace increased responsibilities.

• Experience or enthusiasm for technical leadership, code assessments, and engineering quality.

• Technical stack: TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud technologies, Docker.

• Knowledge in AI and optimization for complex planning challenges.

• Prior experience with every technology in the stack is not mandatory.
