Lead Director, Medical Benefit Portfolio Product Management

📋 Description

• Deliver product leadership for the Central Region within the local market.

• Establish portfolio strategy by converting market intelligence, customer needs, competitive analysis, and performance metrics into distinct product and solution roadmaps.

• Oversee end-to-end portfolio performance, track essential metrics, and adapt strategies to meet business goals.

• Implement strategy execution by setting priorities, developing timelines, and managing project deliverables while addressing risks and dependencies.

• Foster alignment throughout a matrixed organization involving Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network, and other key stakeholders.

• Spearhead change management and continuous improvement initiatives across segments and markets concerning application and process modifications.

• Oversee the strategy, design, and execution of portfolio benefits.

• Create and manage unique and customized portfolio solutions that align with market opportunities and customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or similar strategic leadership roles in the healthcare sector.

• Knowledge and experience in Medical Benefit Products.

• Candidates must reside within the Central Time Zone.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing portfolio strategies that enhance growth, retention, customer value, and overall business performance.

• Demonstrated ability to influence both upward and across a highly matrixed organization.

• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills suitable for executive-level discussions.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
