Lead Digital Product Manager – Customer Identity & Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive, multi-year product strategy for a digital product suite that aligns with enterprise priorities.

• Convert strategy into quantifiable outcomes utilizing KPIs focused on growth, quality, efficiency, adoption, automation, and stability.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers.

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture to provide integrated end-to-end customer journeys.

• Serve as the journey-level integrator and oversee dependencies among teams and platforms.

• Share responsibility for delivery health, platform stability, risk management, and compliance.

• Communicate the product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

• Direct the strategy and execution of enterprise customer identity and access functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in leading digital product strategy across complex platforms or multiple product portfolios.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or similar cross-functional roles.

• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and collaborating across Engineering, Data, UX, and Business teams.

• Proficient in defining, tracking, and utilizing KPIs to guide product prioritization and decision-making.

• Experience in operating within a regulated environment.

• Domain knowledge in Customer Identity and Access Management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the Ping Identity platform is a plus.

• Experience in large-scale, enterprise technology environments is desirable.

• Understanding of outcome-based delivery models and product-centric operating models is preferred.

• Experience working with modern digital platforms, data, or automation-enabled capabilities is a plus.

• Willingness to take on supervisory responsibilities.

• Must be prepared to undergo a background investigation.
