Lead Data Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist with the analytical elements of the life cycles of business products and services.

• Work closely with clients to address intricate data and reporting challenges.

• Collect project and data specifications.

• Develop data sets, operational reports, analytical outputs, dashboards, business cases, and cost analysis sheets.

• Convert high-level business requirements into comprehensive capability specifications and enhancements.

• Examine data to uncover business issues, trends, opportunities, and areas for process enhancement.

• Formulate and implement test plans; conduct root cause analysis and create corrective action plans.

• Ensure customer needs are met and maintain high-quality delivery standards.

• Identify, document, and address risks, defects, and issues.

• Evaluate market trends for competitive insights and business value propositions.

• Guide Associate, Intermediate, and Senior Data Analysts.

• Lead project teams or act as a subject matter expert on complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and negotiate project requirements against available resources.

• Formulate alternative solutions while taking into account regulatory, customer service, and financial implications.

• Oversee requirements testing, defect management, requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, project status updates, and documentation.

• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in Data, Product, and Technology Solutions.

• Collaborate with Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, business divisions, clients, partners, vendors, technical personnel, and project teams.

• Ensure compliance with necessary standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology.

• Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in report writing.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Experience in project management.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Leadership skills.

• Preferred: 5 years of experience in Process Improvement.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in Project Management.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Sector.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Sector.

• Preferred Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Preferred Six Sigma certification.

• Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Language proficiency (other than English): None.

• Travel requirement: 0% - 25%.
