📋 Description

• Utilize extensive expertise in data science, data engineering, and statistical best practices to ensure the development of the most effective solutions.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the organization’s customer and business data.

• Guide solutions through the entire process: identifying problems, ideation, data sourcing, experimentation, development, deployment, and monitoring.

• Oversee and mentor data scientists with comprehensive technical guidance to promote their growth and a supportive learning environment while ensuring that all outputs meet the required quality and performance standards.

• Manage and supervise the team.

• Develop, deploy, and evaluate models.

• Meet with and provide counsel to stakeholders.

• Address operational challenges alongside related business units.

• Collaborate with the data management team to source, cleanse, and comprehend data.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years demonstrating significant business impact through the creation, implementation, and scaling of machine learning and various analytical methods, including machine learning and big data.

• At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring other data scientists and analysts.

• 2 years of consulting or leadership experience in the role of a data scientist.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Experience working within an Agile development team.
