Lead Data Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical data science operations.

• Spearhead the design and execution of data science strategies to improve clinical trial data analysis.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to determine essential data requirements and analytical needs.

• Supervise the creation of statistical models and analytical tools to enhance data interpretation.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on best practices for data analysis and visualization.

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations, influencing the direction of projects.

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, capable of promoting collaboration across diverse teams.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).
