This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive decision-making based on data throughout Thrive’s products and customer interactions.
• Define and monitor key metrics such as product adoption, engagement, retention, and overall customer health.
• Convert metrics into insights that inform product strategy and showcase the platform's impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers from the discovery phase through to delivery.
• Work alongside customer success and sales teams to provide data regarding product effectiveness, aiding data-informed health and wellbeing strategies.
• Identify, develop, and manage methods to automate, scale, and enhance data processes.
• Act as a data subject-matter expert for internal teams, advocating for data interests throughout Thrive.
• Engage in projects aimed at deepening understanding of employee health and wellbeing, as well as customer interests.
• Oversee comprehensive measurement for new product initiatives, encompassing success metrics, instrumentation, and analyses of adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Create analyses and narratives for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive assessments.
• Collaborate with fellow analysts to address stakeholder data requirements and develop a long-term data strategy.
• Mentor and coach analysts, elevating the technical proficiency of the team.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product or customer analyst role.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management, preferably within a consulting or B2B SaaS environment.
• Capability to distill complex datasets into straightforward, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to initiate and manage projects that foster long-term process and data improvements.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SQL.
• Preferably, experience with SQL transformations utilizing dbt.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, including statistical methodologies.
• Experience with contemporary data stack tools, such as Databricks, dbt, and Looker.
• Familiarity with using, maintaining, and/or developing automated systems and processes for recurring data requirements is preferred.
• A self-directed approach with the ability to impose order and structure in ambiguous situations.
