This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as a strategic consultant on measurement strategies and convert data into innovative cross-channel frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with clients to design, execute, and enhance marketing and data analytics programs.
• Lead projects that involve the integration of multi-channel data and the development of insights frameworks.
• Transform analytics into business results across various industry sectors.
• Co-develop marketing analytics strategies that support personalization, attribution, and media-mix optimization.
• Convert complex customer behavior data into scalable frameworks for future marketing advancements.
• Spearhead cross-functional analytics initiatives and enterprise-wide insights projects.
• Represent analytics expertise in developing insights, client consultations, strategic planning, and solution design.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor peers in advanced analytics methodologies.
• Design and manage strategic marketing-science initiatives, including testing frameworks, predictive modeling, and audience-performance measurement.
• Oversee projects and supervise the work of junior analysts.
• Collaborate with teams in Marketing Technologies/IT, Account Management, and data engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (minimum).
• Graduate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in advanced marketing or product analytics roles.
• Experience in retail, financial services, automotive, or CPG industries is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Python and/or R.
• Strong SQL skills; capable of reading data models, writing efficient queries, and independently extracting data.
• Solid foundation in probability theory, linear regression, logistic regression, and multinomial regression.
• Ability to create custom models using contemporary machine-learning ensembling techniques and software.
• Experience in building customer and/or store segmentation models.
• Preferably has forecasting experience and the ability to construct custom ARIMAX models.
• Experience with Marketing Mix and Multi-Touch Attribution is strongly preferred.
• Causal analysis experience is highly desirable.
• Foundational knowledge of attitudinal research and segmentation methods.
• Comfortable utilizing generative AI for code development, research, methodology summaries, and client-facing presentations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to executive-level clients.
• Consultative selling skills.
• Strong active listening and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to lead projects and oversee junior analysts.
• Skill in building relationships with Marketing Technologies/IT and Account Management.
• Capability to independently develop solutions with minimal supervision.
• Experience with modern cloud database platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version-control systems.
• Basic data engineering skills and ability to collaborate with data engineers on production processes.
• Experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SiSense, or other business intelligence and visualization tools.
