This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products.
• Take ownership of project planning, encompassing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Direct complex ad hoc reporting requests to generate actionable insights.
• Design, enhance, and manage scalable reporting frameworks across various product lines and business segments.
• Conduct customer and market analyses, which include customer and market sizing, share analysis, growth trends, segmentation, and other advanced evaluations.
• Establish best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity, including audits, validation processes, and quality checks.
• Act as the technical leader and custodian of team data assets.
• Acquire, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze data from diverse systems, databases, and tools.
• Enhance data accessibility, usability, reporting methodologies, and analytical capabilities.
• Convey technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in relevant business terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other business units.
• Organize and coordinate data-related activities to align with project timelines and priorities.
• Proactively update on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with applied projects involving digital transformation and data management is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business and working in a cloud environment is required.
• A minimum of 4 years working in an individual contributor role as a key team member is required.
• Advanced proficiency in complex SQL query writing, including joining multiple tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, and analytical functions.
• Familiarity with Python, Power BI, R, DataBricks, and other analytical tools.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Capability to work with large datasets and intricate analytical requests.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality, timely work.
• Skills in multitasking, organization, and time management.
• Problem-solving skills and a knack for finding creative solutions.
