This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver data and analytical assistance to Carrier and Sales Center teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into both business and technical specifications.
• Oversee the delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder needs when necessary.
• Examine data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Aid in defining metrics, data architecture, data pipelines, and datasets.
• Organize and monitor performance across Carrier and Sales Center channels.
• Facilitate the implementation of programs and initiatives by defining, developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs and CPIs.
• Assist in the management, maintenance, and analysis of P&L reporting.
• Track financial performance, recognize trends and variances, and offer operational and strategic insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to create forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and performance analyses.
• Convey analytical insights to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-visibility projects, including data mining, analysis, and visualization using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Resolve data conflicts, break down high-level information into details, and consolidate detailed information into broader business insights.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years of SQL experience.
• At least three years of experience in supporting sales analytics, business, or operations teams in an analytical role; sales analytics experience is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with schema design and data modeling.
• Understanding of statistical techniques and concepts, including regression, statistical testing, and sampling.
• Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools.
• Experience preparing data and visualizations for maximum impact; experience with Excel and Tableau is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with core programming principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to define and execute key analyses with minimal supervision.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in supporting P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or financial performance reporting.
• Knowledge of call center workforce management principles, staffing models, and operational planning.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional business teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Working knowledge of finance or accounting concepts.
• Experience in the insurance carrier, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicare, or Medicaid sectors.
• Ability to rapidly learn and utilize new or unfamiliar platforms to provide business solutions.
