Lead Consultant, SAP SF Onboarding & Offboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from initiation to go-live and ongoing support.

• Facilitate module-specific workshops to align business needs with system functionalities.

• Develop integration processes across modules and customize workflows.

• Offer expert advice on configuration strategies and optimize system performance.

• Act as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.

• Manage milestone approvals and effectively handle escalations.

• Delegate tasks and supervise the workstreams of junior consultants.

• Guide team members and assist them in their HRIS certification paths.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide structured, actionable feedback.

• Lead the complete delivery of module or functional processes.

• Take ownership of integration validation and troubleshooting tasks.

• Manage quality assurance cycles, establishing standards and maintaining review discipline.

• Oversee project reporting and foster transparency among all stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in HRIS, having led a minimum of five end-to-end implementations.

• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.

• Capability to handle competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability in people management and team development.

• SAP Certification (mandatory).
