Lead Consultant, SAP SAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of SuccessFactors implementations, from initiation to go-live and ongoing support.

• Facilitate module-specific workshops, ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionalities.

• Design integration processes across modules and customize workflows accordingly.

• Offer expert advice on configuration strategies and system optimization techniques.

• Act as the primary consultant for senior stakeholders within client organizations.

• Manage milestone approvals and handle any escalations that arise.

• Assign and oversee tasks for junior consultants.

• Mentor team members and assist them in achieving their HRIS certifications.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide structured, actionable feedback.

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of modules or functional processes.

• Take responsibility for integration validation, troubleshooting, quality assurance cycles, project reporting, and maintaining stakeholder transparency.

• Enhance team performance, alignment, adaptability, and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 7–10 years of experience in HRIS.

• Successfully led a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.

• Strong skills in leadership, client management, and communication.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and guide cross-functional teams effectively.

• Proven ability in people management and team development.

• SAP Certification is mandatory.
