Senior SAP MM & PP Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Global Team on a project focused on processing high volumes of client orders.

• Assess various solution options, validate them with the business, and provide recommendations.

• Develop comprehensive design, architecture, and process documentation.

• Aid in the execution of the deployment plan within the USA.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and deliver value-added consulting solutions.

• Spearhead senior-level SAP MM and PP module implementations for enterprise clients.

• Configure and tailor the Materials Management and Production Planning modules.

• Analyze business needs and convert them into SAP solutions.

• Offer expert advice on best practices for SAP R/3 ERP.

• Perform system testing, conduct user training, and provide go-live assistance.

• Diagnose intricate SAP issues and enhance system performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent is mandatory from an accredited institution.

• Candidates with three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in place of each year of education.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology is required.

• At least 6-10 years of demonstrated experience as an SAP MM (Materials Management) & PP (Production Planning) FICO Functional Consultant on a minimum of 2-3 implementation projects.

• Strong capability in the configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP MM and PP modules.

• 6-10+ years of practical experience with SAP MM and PP.

• Experience with multiple SAP implementation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 ERP/ECC & S4 HANA versions.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is essential.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• SAP certification in MM or PP modules is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.

• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD).

• Prior consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
