Lead Consultant, SAP Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate client projects while aligning requirements, architecture, and implementation strategies.

• Facilitate collaboration with nearshore teams and define clear roles and responsibilities.

• Convert client demands into effective technical solutions.

• Guarantee seamless communication between clients, onshore consulting teams, and nearshore partners.

• Lead architectural discussions and ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable, fitting within the current SAP environment.

• Address and resolve technical or organizational challenges proactively.

• Create practical solutions and gather relevant stakeholders for alignment.

• Implement best practices for effective collaboration with nearshore teams.

• Enhance delivery and architectural capabilities continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a similar role within complex SAP projects.

• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to evaluate and convey architectures and intricate technical concepts clearly.

• Proven experience in providing functional leadership and guiding developers, consultants, or architects, preferably within nearshore teams.

• Experience in unifying diverse stakeholders—from technical specialists to management—around common solutions and project goals.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.

• High levels of ownership, decision-making capability, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel as project demands dictate.
