This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, configuration, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, which includes Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
• Act as the functional and technical subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM modules and associated integrations.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to identify pain points, prioritize requests, and establish a roadmap and backlog based on business value and effort.
• Assess current processes, pinpoint gaps, and devise scalable future-state solutions.
• Offer insights on Oracle capabilities, best practices, process improvements, and automation strategies.
• Configure and manage Oracle HCM setups, encompassing structures, workflows, approval rules, Fast Formulas, eligibility profiles, security roles, data security policies, and compensation plans.
• Develop solution designs, impact assessments, and implementation plans together with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
• Analyze downstream effects across Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, reporting, and integrations.
• Direct configuration activities for Oracle quarterly updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain design documentation, configuration workbooks, process flows, and support materials.
• Collaborate with Reporting & Analytics teams utilizing OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, and HCM Extracts.
• Manage data loads and conversions using HDL, HSDL, and related tools.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance for employee and compensation data.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve data, configuration, and system issues.
• Provide support for integrations related to Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and downstream systems.
• Work alongside integration teams to evaluate impacts, troubleshoot issues, and confirm end-to-end performance.
• Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test strategy, test case creation, execution support, and defect resolution.
• Manage break/fix activities and resolve production issues.
• Review new Oracle features quarterly and recommend their adoption where they provide business value.
• Ensure compliance with HR, IT, security, governance, and compliance protocols.
• Mentor and develop a small team of analysts or consultants as assigned.
• Establish team standards for configuration, documentation, testing, and change control.
• Foster partnerships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Technology, and business leaders.
• Communicate configuration changes, process impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
• Influence HR technology strategy and contribute to the Oracle product roadmap.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and compensation information.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7+ years of practical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting (Talent Acquisition).
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration, including workflows, Fast Formulas, security, eligibility, and Oracle reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Familiarity with Oracle data management tools, such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and data conversion activities.
• Proficient in Oracle integration tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, web services) and HCM-related integrations.
• Experience in supporting Oracle quarterly updates, feature adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions with HR leaders, reconcile competing priorities, and transform business needs into system solutions.
• Demonstrated success in Agile or product-based delivery environments.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification (e.g., Core HR, Compensation, or Talent Acquisition) is preferred.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or directing the work of a small team of analysts or consultants is preferred.
• Background in supporting global Oracle HCM deployments and complex organizational structures is preferred.
• Familiarity with other Oracle HCM modules, such as Talent Management, Performance, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, or Time and Labor is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compensation programs, and recruiting processes is preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle transformation, implementation, or optimization initiatives is preferred.
• Proficient with computers and office tools, including printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with team members, clients, and stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
