Lead Consultant, Atlassian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of Atlassian products and assist clients with their implementation to enhance business processes.

• Offer hands-on support and expert guidance to various clients utilizing Atlassian tools.

• Provide scheduled on-call assistance during non-business hours.

• Address service outage incidents to adhere to contracted SLAs.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives across the team and the organization.

• Identify, develop, and deliver services and solutions aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.

• Obtain Atlassian certification by successfully passing two Atlassian Certified Professional examinations.

• Maintain Atlassian certifications through additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges.

• Assist the Sales team with proposals, renewals, and quarterly business reviews for clients.

• Create original marketing content for the Atlassian ecosystem, including quarterly blog posts and white papers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service or help desk position.

• Previous experience as a Jira administrator is preferred.

• Capacity to effectively manage time and expectations with internal resources and clients.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and issues at the same time.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business operations audiences.

• Aptitude for analyzing and interpreting complex problems to provide comprehensive solutions.

• Competence in administering Atlassian products and offering strategic guidance for long-term use.

• Capability to advise clients on best practices, guidelines, and recommendations.

• Ability to execute essential functions to meet or exceed individually established success metrics annually.

• Willingness to work within the culture and values of Isos.

• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
