Lead Construction Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to engineers

• Serve as an assistant leader and manager of the construction project team

• Oversee, implement, and manage designated engineering projects

• Conduct calculations utilizing engineering formulas and expertise

• Support analysis for engineering and construction-related services

• Aid field personnel

• Ensure that projects are finished on schedule and within budget

• Supervise junior staff and/or technical support

• Foster a strong team environment

• Work extended hours during the construction season

• May engage in limited project-related tasks during the off-season

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in municipal or CDOT construction inspection is required

• Preferred certifications from DOT, ACI, or similar in Asphalt and/or Concrete

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook

• Capacity to learn additional software as needed

• Exceptional writing and communication abilities

• Strong time management skills

• Dedicated to quality and integrity
