Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical data science activities.

• Assist the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Direct the design, development, and validation of programming solutions for data science in clinical trials.

• Work in collaboration with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to create data specifications and analysis plans.

• Program and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) in accordance with study requirements.

• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of clinical data through rigorous quality control and validation checks.

• Mentor and support junior programmers.

• Provide technical leadership within the data science programming team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with Rave/Veeva is essential.

• Proficiency in SAS/JReview is preferred.

• Extensive background in clinical data programming.

• Skilled in SAS, R, or other relevant programming languages.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial data structures.

• Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).

• Awareness of regulatory requirements is necessary.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects at once.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
