Lead Android Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Supervise the design, architecture, and development of Android applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure development aligns with business objectives.

• Mentor and guide a team of Android developers, offering technical support and guidance.

• Enhance application performance and maintain a high level of code quality.

• Engage in client discussions, providing technical expertise to facilitate decision-making.

• Work with international clients in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Android development, including demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and the Android SDK.

• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, dependency injection, and unit testing practices.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.

• Outstanding communication skills in English, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work on your own computer.

• A Polish business entity that can invoice B2B, or a willingness to establish one prior to starting.

• Availability to work during a 3 to 7 pm overlap.

• This position is on a contract basis.
