This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain Android applications utilizing Kotlin and Java, following industry best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to outline, create, and launch new features.

• Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to comprehend requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Engage in code reviews to uphold code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.

• Leverage AOSP to customize and enhance Android platform functionalities to meet project specifications.

• Diagnose and resolve issues, optimize application performance, and improve user experience.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Android programming, technologies, and frameworks.

• Assist in refining development processes and methodologies.

• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices and techniques.

• Work alongside QA engineers on testing and validation to guarantee application quality and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in Android application development.

• Strong command of Kotlin and Java programming languages.

• Comprehensive understanding of Android application architecture, components, and lifecycles.

• Proficient with Android Studio, Git, and other development tools.

• Familiarity with the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and its components.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
