This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop effective and scalable reporting tools and systems that minimize manual reporting tasks.
• Standardize essential metrics to ensure leaders have a unified understanding of performance and success.
• Create real-time dashboards and reporting across various programs, channels, and teams.
• Guarantee consistent utilization of Tableau, Salesforce, AWS, and vendor platforms for informed decision-making.
• Convert complex operational datasets into dashboards and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Detect and rectify data quality and structural issues within large operational datasets.
• Uncover root causes of performance discrepancies and propose specific corrective measures.
• Act as the primary resource for translating data into business-relevant insights and recommendations.
• Manage reporting and analytics requests from across the team and through intake processes.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance performance and influence priorities.
• Transition reporting from historical summaries to forward-looking insights.
• Create and prepare the insight layer for Business Reviews with senior leadership.
• Identify risks and trade-offs, facilitating clear decision-making and follow-up actions.
• Highlight trends and emerging risks before they impact performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and Program teams to enhance data quality and accessibility.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of experience with tools such as Tableau, AWS, Python, SQL, and Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard design, calculated fields, and visualizations.
• Technical expertise in connecting to and integrating backend data sources, including SQL databases, APIs, and data warehouses.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, encompassing complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Robust data visualization skills.
• Experience handling large datasets and transforming them into actionable insights.
• Strong consultative, analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to reorganize workflows based on emerging requests.
• Capacity to work effectively in ambiguous situations and establish clarity and a path forward.
• Commitment to the College Board’s mission.
• Willingness to travel 4–6 times a year to College Board offices or for College Board business.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience working in or with call center operations is preferred.
