This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Define and spearhead the AI product strategy and a 12–18 month roadmap encompassing participant engagement, advisor enablement, plan administration, and investment-related experiences.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities utilizing customer research, behavioral data, workflow analysis, and competitive insights.
• Establish success metrics and take ownership of outcomes, including engagement, adoption, operational efficiency, and improvements in retirement readiness.
• Lead discovery sessions with advisors, plan sponsors, administrators, and participants to translate business needs into product requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess prototypes, guide product trade-offs, and facilitate rapid iterations through to launch.
• Ensure that solutions comply with legal, risk, and fiduciary standards within a regulated financial services environment.
• Drive go-to-market planning, rollout sequencing, stakeholder communication, and adoption measurement for AI-enabled products.
• Build consensus among senior stakeholders in business, technology, compliance, and investment teams while effectively influencing without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• At least 4 years in AI or machine learning product roles within technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI-powered products from discovery through to launch and achieving measurable adoption.
• Strong understanding of LLM-based products, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, model evaluation frameworks, experimentation methods, and data-informed product development.
• Proficient in writing high-quality product requirements and technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of retirement, wealth, or financial services products, including fiduciary considerations and workflows for participants or advisors.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
