This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director/Business Development Officer to assist in identifying new business development opportunities by participating in prospective client meetings and custodian-partner events.
• Formulate strategies aimed at delivering an exceptional client experience and fostering practice growth through referrals and increased funding from current clients.
• Create tailored investment proposals alongside the Business Development Officer and effectively communicate these proposals to clients.
• Offer financial planning guidance utilizing the eMoney financial planning platform and other technological resources.
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide investment advisory services, including recommendations for asset allocation and investment solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and maintain proactive communication with clients.
• Cultivate and oversee client relationships, encompassing investment advisory, financial planning, and estate and tax planning.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory from an accredited college or university, preferably with a focus on finance or economics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically in wealth advisory client service.
• Insight, judgment, and experience in financial planning and wealth management.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Impeccable ethical standards and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in presentations.
• Proven capacity to set priorities and achieve goals.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft operating system.
• Proficiency in the eMoney financial planning platform.
• Proficiency in the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Series 65 or 66 certification is required unless waived by CFP or CFA.
