This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with technical influencers, key decision-makers, and executives of customers.
• Identify essential revenue-generating use cases that are supported by Citrix solutions.
• Evaluate how Citrix solutions align with and can fulfill customers' business priorities.
• Create customer success roadmaps that enhance vital customer use cases and boost solution adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure the achievement of customer success objectives.
• Articulate solution value from both business and technical perspectives.
• Address technical and/or business objections while facilitating adoption and renewal processes.
• Establish and sustain regular communication with key customer contacts.
• Act as the primary trusted point of contact for customer relationship management and technical support issues.
• Deliver technical presentations and, when necessary, conduct product demonstrations either remotely or on-site.
• Assign and review tasks across complex, multi-product engagements.
• Lead and oversee the definition of success criteria, design, and development of multi-product proofs of concept.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and insights.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive solutions and offerings.
• Contribute to the broader creation of team value and technical knowledge sharing.
• Guide, coach, and mentor less experienced ATSs and cross-functional team members.
• Foster team development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentorship.
• Over 8 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, technical consulting, field CTO roles, or other relevant fields.
• More than 8 years of experience in supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of business value drivers associated with critical technology purchases.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and negotiation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Capability to navigate complex, sometimes ambiguous, customer issues by collecting and analyzing information to determine the best course of action.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skill in adapting technical presentations for audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Recent experience with Citrix and/or NetScaler technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites, corporate offices, and events.
• Experience collaborating with technology service providers, ISVs, and channel partners.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in promoting the adoption of technical solutions alongside Enterprise sales teams and/or within a complex organization.
• Experience across various technical security domains, including IAM, Zero Trust, virtualization, endpoint management, thin client computing, ADC infrastructure, traffic management/load balancing, WAF, and observability.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
