• Identify and comprehend customer and prospect challenges, providing effective solutions to achieve their business objectives.
• Clearly articulate Spotfire’s value proposition to key decision-makers.
• Enhance customer usage, adoption, and satisfaction while cultivating long-term strategic partnerships with major accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy aimed at meeting or surpassing booking targets for designated territories and accounts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Remain informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Utilize Oracle to manage all facets of the sales pipeline and provide precise forecasts on a weekly basis.
• Employ HubSpot (CRM) to record MEDDPICC and key sales process data.
• Utilize ZoomInfo to research companies and execute sequence campaigns.
• Over 7 years of enterprise sales experience in selling software solutions within the High Tech Manufacturing vertical.
• Profound understanding of the HTM vertical with a proven track record of success in this area.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
• Capacity to collaborate and work efficiently within cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts to executives.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a history of meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in navigating complex enterprise procurement processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
