• Execute all facets of account management, focusing on building and nurturing strategic business relationships with corporate and senior management personnel in key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to oversee and pinpoint crucial target account opportunities.
• Formulate product strategies to effectively and consistently penetrate these accounts.
• Offer strategic and tactical guidance regarding target accounts to regional and district teams.
• Counsel sales and marketing management with suitable direction on challenges and opportunities within key target accounts.
• Evaluate and address channel-specific training requirements within the Region.
• Create an annual business plan with objectives and goals aimed at boosting sales volume and market share in target accounts across all FDA-approved indications.
• Continually recognize local opportunities and threats, adjusting and refining business plans as needed.
• Anticipate changes and implement proactive measures to address them.
• Comprehend and effectively leverage a wide array of financial and quantitative data and analyses.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Over 3 years of experience in Health Science Field or Sales, including a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Alternatively, 8 or more years of experience in Health Science Sales with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical sales may substitute for a degree.
• Proven ability to effectively network and partner across various functional areas.
• Strong organizational/project management abilities and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Established record of managing multiple stakeholders within complex environments.
