• Take charge of the entire sales process from the initial discovery call to the signed contract, driving revenue growth through inbound and qualified prospects.
• Conduct high-quality discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies, and C-level executives.
• Effectively manage objections, navigate complex buying processes, and close deals with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure precise pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM accuracy across all active opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to enhance conversion rates and the buyer experience.
• Provide customer insights and market feedback to bolster positioning, messaging, and product direction.
• Represent Qureos with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high-performance mindset in every interaction.
• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, account executive roles, or closing positions within SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Strong commercial instincts with confidence in conducting demos, negotiations, and addressing objections.
• Exceptional communication skills across calls, video meetings, and written correspondence.
• A high ownership mentality combined with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and execution.
• Comfortable managing the complete sales cycle independently from discovery to closure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HRTech is a significant advantage.
