• Take charge of all CloudHealth new business initiatives within the DACH region, working in partnership with country and SGS sales teams to foster growth.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders in MSP and resale partnerships, employing solution selling distribution models across diverse verticals.
• Utilize existing partner connections to discover and unlock new business prospects.
• Design and implement customized sales strategies and programs tailored to each partner's needs.
• Lead and participate in Quarterly & Annual Business Reviews, establishing direction, objectives, and mutually agreed-upon action items.
• Regularly inform potential new partners about pricing, marketing, and sales initiatives.
• Forecast pipeline and new business activities within your designated territory.
• Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events.
• Experience in a similar role focused on sales or business development in a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strategic relationships with MSP and resale partners.
• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders across major accounts.
• Strong understanding of the market and the value a distributor provides to the channel.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
