• Promote additional services to current clients.
• Reactivate previously canceled warranty accounts by addressing the reasons for cancellation and offering a more cost-effective warranty option.
• Reconnect with past interested customers or those actively searching for a warranty by providing a more affordable warranty solution.
• Handle inbound calls, request the customer's reference number, and upsell micro-warranty products.
• Oversee and document the sales process in our CRM system.
• Make outbound calls from our calling queue.
• Assess the financial needs of consumers and identify how our services can assist.
• Utilize a script to guide each call and promote our services.
• 1-2 years of sales experience selling products/services over the phone or in person.
• Previous experience in selling home or auto warranties is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English).
• Capability to work independently in a multi-step sales process and follow up with warm leads via phone or email.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Streamlined recruitment process conducted via video calls.
