LCSW Supervisor – Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct behavioral health services to patients aged 6 and above.

• Allocate roughly 50% of your time to clinical care and the remaining 50% to clinical supervision.

• Offer clinical supervision, coaching, and support to behavioral health clinicians.

• Evaluate patient requirements and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral health interventions.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and maintain clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with providers within a comprehensive, multidisciplinary healthcare framework.

• Ensure the provision of high-quality care for patients dealing with general mental health issues.

• Perform 90-minute initial consultations and 30–40-minute follow-up sessions, depending on clinician judgment and patient age/acuity.

• Work Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, primarily during PST, with preferred later availability on Thursdays.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory.

• Completion of the California BBS Supervisor Training Course is essential.

• Previous experience in clinical supervision is preferred.

• Willingness and experience in providing both clinical supervision and direct patient care.

• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

• Experience and readiness to treat patients aged 6 and older.

• Proficiency in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and related diagnoses.

• Experience in collaborative work within an integrated healthcare setting is preferred.

• Experience in delivering behavioral health services across various general mental health diagnoses.

• Capability to offer effective clinical supervision, coaching, and professional guidance to behavioral health clinicians.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Ability to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment strategies, and provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions.

• Competence in completing risk assessments, safety planning, and clinical documentation.

• Strong clinical judgment and flexibility to modify treatment strategies based on patient age, presentation, and acuity.

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

• Familiarity with OCHIN Epic EMR is advantageous.
