• Collaborate directly with end clients to provide fixed-fee legal services.

• Offer legal support for startups and small businesses in various relevant practice areas.

• Adhere to Sprintlaw’s brand standards to ensure a uniform client experience.

• Keep Sprintlaw informed about any changes in your availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in general commercial and corporate law fields.

• Established as a private entity, either as a legal consultancy or an independent SRA-regulated law firm.

• Hold Public Liability Insurance of at least £2 million.

• Comprehension of Sprintlaw’s mission to simplify and enhance legal services for small businesses.

• Capable of adhering to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent client experience.

• Ability to keep Sprintlaw updated on your changing availability.

• Personable and experienced in direct client interactions.

• Proficient with technology and adept in using various technology platforms.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in one or more of the following: commercial law, corporate structuring and capital raising, employment law, intellectual property (including trademark applications and oppositions), franchising, not-for-profit and charity establishment, and data privacy compliance.
