📋 Description

• Analyze commercial agreements and contract-related documents for clarity, consistency, and completeness.

• Evaluate contractual terms, obligations, responsibilities, and relevant commercial factors.

• Detect inconsistencies, missing details, or ambiguous language.

• Assess whether recommendations concerning contracts are well-supported logically.

• Examine legal and compliance documents along with professional materials.

• Determine if legal considerations are presented accurately and clearly.

• Identify gaps, unsupported assertions, or inconsistencies.

• Review compliance-related suggestions for their relevance and practical application.

• Analyze legal documents within a broader commercial and operational framework.

• Evaluate if recommendations align with business objectives and constraints.

• Review professional documents for accuracy, completeness, and organization.

• Assess legal and commercial analyses for clarity and internal coherence.

• Review Excel spreadsheets, calculations, tables, assumptions, and quantitative materials.

• Evaluate PowerPoint presentations for accuracy, structure, messaging, and professionalism.

• Assess assigned deliverables against established quality standards.

• Identify substantive legal, contractual, compliance, analytical, and presentation-related issues.

• Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback.

• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across various assignments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in legal affairs, commercial contracts, compliance, in-house legal roles, or a closely related field.

• Experience in roles such as Legal Counsel, Commercial Lawyer, Contract Specialist, Compliance Officer, In-House Counsel, or similar positions.

• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, legal analysis, and/or compliance issues.

• Excellent analytical and document-review capabilities.

• Strong written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Comfortable reviewing diverse legal and commercial work products.

• Ability to work independently and provide precise professional feedback.

• Applicants must reside in the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, or Canada.

• Work must be conducted without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third parties.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
