This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
β’ Analyze and assess grant proposals and associated documentation to ensure clarity, completeness, professional quality, logical structure, and compliance with specified requirements.
β’ Examine ESG strategies, reports, and related materials for relevance, coherence, logical support, and professional quality.
β’ Evaluate policy-related documents, analyses, recommendations, regulatory considerations, implementation plans, supporting evidence, clarity, and practical applicability.
β’ Review legal and policy-related documents for structure, consistency, relevance, legal implications, reasoning, and supported conclusions.
β’ Assess research, supporting evidence, analytical materials, and both quantitative and qualitative data for logical conclusions, factual consistency, omissions, and decision-making usefulness.
β’ Evaluate Excel spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, consistency, calculations, tables, supporting data, assumptions, and quantitative backing.
β’ Review Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for clarity, accuracy, professional quality, structure, messaging, information hierarchy, and alignment with source information.
β’ Measure assigned work outputs against established quality standards and evaluation criteria.
β’ Identify significant content, analytical, policy, legal, and presentation issues.
β’ Differentiate between major concerns and minor editorial matters.
β’ Provide clear, concise, actionable written feedback and apply evaluation criteria consistently across all assignments.
β’ Complete project tasks without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or third party.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or higher.
β’ A minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in grant writing, ESG, sustainability, legal affairs, public policy, or a closely related field.
β’ Professional experience as a Grant Writer, ESG Analyst, ESG Specialist, Policy Advisor, Legal Professional, or similar role.
β’ In-depth knowledge of grant development, ESG strategy, policy analysis, and/or legal and regulatory issues.
β’ Excellent analytical and document-review capabilities.
β’ Strong written communication skills.
β’ High attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured guidelines.
β’ Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
β’ Comfortable reviewing diverse grant, ESG, policy, and legal work products.
β’ Ability to work independently and provide accurate professional feedback.
β’ Must be located in the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, or Canada.
β’ H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
β’ Flexible scheduling based on project requirements.
β’ Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded depending on project needs and performance.
