This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess the quality and accuracy of AI-generated legal documents, including memoranda, contracts, case analyses, and other legal materials.
• Conduct head-to-head comparisons of AI-generated outputs based on legal reasoning, application of precedents, and drafting precision.
• Analyze legal situations related to litigation strategy, statutory interpretation, and client advisory recommendations.
• Offer expert insights to enhance state-of-the-art AI systems.
• Engage in projects aimed at training and advancing AI technologies.
• Complete tasks according to a self-determined schedule.
• Finish the initial assignment within the specified timeline to qualify for hourly compensation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Lawyer, Attorney, Counsel, General Counsel, Prosecutor, or in a closely related legal practice position.
• Experience in representing clients in criminal and/or civil cases, drafting legal documents, or providing advice on legal transactions.
• Availability to commit to 20 or more hours each week.
• Proficient written English communication skills.
• Background in litigation, legal drafting, and client advisory services.
• Must reside in the USA.
• Must hold independent contractor status.
• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.

• Compensation begins after the approval of the first task, followed by hourly payments for the rest of the project.
