This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Deliver high-quality support to clients and consultants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients via telephone and email.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new consultants through training sessions and signoffs.
• Enhance consultant development by overseeing the LAP process within the region.
• Ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently, taking into account area focus and the type of work.
• Reduce the administrative workload for the Labour Law team.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with clients.
• A B-Degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Industrial Relations within LabourNet.
• Experience in conducting training sessions would be a plus.
• A customer-first approach is essential.
